Converting Word doc to PDF

‌I have purchased the PAK and still cannot convert a word doc to a PDF.  It keeps saying that I need to subscribe and pay the $9.99...which I have already done.  HELP!

    I am sorry for the problem that you have experienced.

    Would you perform the following steps so that we can troubleshoot the problem?


    * In the Acrobat DC app, make sure that you are signed in with the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the PDF Pack service.

    * Check your subscription status via the web interface.

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/
    3. Tap/click your name in the upper right corner of the page to open the menu.
    4. Select "My Plan..." from the menu.


    Does it accurately reflect the current plan you have?
