We're sorry for the trouble you had while using the services, try accessing the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.
I have checked the records with your Adobe ID and found that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC subscription. You can also use Acrobat to export a PDF file.
Sign out and sign back in Acrobat, reboot the machine and check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates.
