My company purchased a student/teacher (we are not for profit) edition of CS6 Master Collection in Sept 2009 and have lost the installation CDs and the serial numbers. Any ideas on how we sort this out so we can still load our software onto computers?

If you have registered the software then you can retrieve the serial number by logging on to your Adobe account.
If not then you need to contact our customer support. Please make sure you have the order details before contacting.
