DC Pro Subscription for iPad Pro

I have licenses to DC Pro but they apparently don't work for DC Pro subscription on iPad Pro.  I see you can buy the DC Pro for $25/mo.  Does anyone know what that provides?  Am I using full DC Pro on the iPad Pro?  Do you receive a desktop license with that purchase?

If you buy a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC, you can download Acrobat Reader for your iPad, and can create, export, edit pdf files on your iPad.

Acrobat Reader mobile app doesn't have the full features like Acrobat Pro DC desktop application on Mac/Windows.
