Delete/Redact text in PDF

How do I delete or redact some text in a PDF? I just signed up for Reader DC and signed in but I don't have the tools I need to delete a section of the PDF

Hi lillianlimpartnerstrust,

To edit a text, you need Adobe Acrobat DC, Reader DC doesn't allow you to edit the pdf.
