Disable type and image options in signature

For some reason I can't post this in the Fill & Sign forum ...

Is it possible to disable the Type and Image signature types so that the signatory can only use the 'draw' one?

Hi Nikkicpex,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Yes, you can disable the option to as per your need from the Signature preferences under Account settings.

However, this option is only available in the business level account.

If you are using any of the business level accounts, you can go to Account > Account Settings > Signature Preferences.

Then under the headline "Allow recipients to sign and initial by" you can uncheck the box for the option you wish to disable.

Hi Elliotw,

If you are referring to disable the "Type" and "Image" option from the signature tool under Fill & Sign, sorry to say that is not possible.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and the Adobe Sign both are different applications.

They have their own set of settings.

However, you may raise a feature request for this over here Feature Request/Bug Report Form.
