I have Adobe XI., and someone sent me a document that I want to make changes to. What software do I need?

    If this is a PDF document then you can make changes using Adobe Acrobat

    Or

    You can export the document into Word/Excel and then make your changes and convert it back to PDF Using Adobe Acrobat ...
