Document / Creative Cloud Shared Account

I have subscriptions to adobe products that come with both document cloud and creative cloud storage.

I have a need to allow team members to post and share via these accounts, but do not need to purchase additional licenses for the Adobe products (Acrobat, Illustrator, etc..).  Only document the document sharing.

What is the best/preferred method for allowing access for other team members to post and share via these services?

Hi Mickey!

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned above, you have Adobe product subscriptions.

If it is an individual subscription, you may share the document with others to view or comments (depending on the type of subscription you have). However, it is not possible to share that account with others.

Please let us know the Adobe subscription you have purchased so we can provide you the right information.

You may also share your Adobe  ID (email address) in the private message via the envelope icon (provided at the top right-hand corner in this community). That will help us to check your account information.

NOTE: Please do not share your personal information or Adobe ID publicly on the community or other social platforms.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
