We are unable to find the download and serial numbers which are needed to log in to add the details to a laptop  Please advise how to add the product to a second computer (laptop).

Item bought is 65226762 EPDF,ALL,OTH,WHST1,MUL,001,N/A,23.88

You need to find your serial numbers, it's what you paid for. If it has serial numbers. However, I'm guessing that the product you have is ExportPDF? If so, it has no download and no serial numbers, and you can freely use it on your second computer (for the same user). Using Adobe Export PDF
