I cannot download json files from IT dept  because the msg says" acrobat couldnot open json files because either it is damaged or sent as an email attachment' bUT THIS AN VERY IMPORTANT FILE SO PLEASE HELP ME

Hi Dharmanathan,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Adobe Acrobat can open only PDF files or the file that are converted to PDF. It is not possible to open third-party format files in the Acrobat application. That is the reason you receive the error message when trying to open json file in Acrobat.
