download link not working for created pdf

The download link for created pdfs does not function.  What can I do to fix this issue.

Hi steve957,

Do you get an error when you try to download, or is it that nothing happens when you click the Download icon? In either case, please clear the browser cache and try again, or try downloading from a different web browser.

Your last post was blank. Did you have an update about your file download issue?

I did not get an error. The download load does not function.  I cleared the cache and tried it with IE and Google Chrome and still no luck. It worked when I used it about 5 or 6 weeks ago.
