    Hi anajones58,

    1. After signing in, click on the 'head-and-shoulders' icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

    2. Select My Information...

    3. Click Change button to the right of your Adobe ID

    When I change my email address for my Adobe account, my Adobe Sign account errors and I become locked out of it. What is the solution to this? Should I be changing the email address in multiple places? Are there SSO capabilities?
