I get a balloon message that Adobe updates are available. When I click the balloon, the window fails to generate text. I clicked randomly in the window/screen whatever and got an "update now" button. Tried it but then got error code 50. What's going on?

What Adobe product are you updating? I found this thread on Error code 50 regarding Creative Cloud updates: Error code 50

Please let us know if that solves your problem. And if not, it would be helpful to know what application you're trying to update.

You know it's wild, but I tried clicking the balloon again, after rebooting and everything went ok this time. Who knows? Thanks for the tip.
