Error Message Combining PDF Files

Question

I'm unable to combine multiple PDF files into one.  I can combine non-pdf files, but I get the above error when I try to combine multiple PDF files.   Has anyone experienced this?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

As the issue occurs only when you combine PDFs, there might be an issue with one of the PDFs that results in an error. Try combining two PDFs at a time and check if you get the same results.

You can also create a test PDF and combine it with the PDFs (that you are trying to combine) one by one. This will help us determine if any particular PDF is causing this behavior.

In the meantime, try combining PDFs on the Acrobat Online account and see if you can do it without issues.
