I am trying to convert a pdf document into doc format.  Keep getting error message about trouble connecting to the service.

Please try on alternate browser.

Turn off the firewall or antivirus.

If you are using Export PDF service you can also convert PDF using Adobe Reader

Please refer this KB doc: Convert or export PDFs to other file formats, Adobe Acrobat
