Error Message: Unfortunately, we were not able to save your edits.

I am trying to send an encrytped template form for completion and signature but am getting an error message saying "Unfortunately, we were not able to save your edits." I have tried everything including deleting and redoing the entire template, but nothing has worked. Please help. Thanks!

Do you experience issues only with encrypted files or with all files in general? If with encrypted files, we would request you to share a sample file with us to test at our end.

I have experienced this issue with encrypted files only.

Sorry for the delay.

 

We suggest using the desktop version of the application for such files, as encrypted files have limitations with how they behave on separate platforms.

 

We tried creating a similar file without encryption, and it worked fine.

where do you download the desktop app. I dont see it on the site. Are you able to drop a link?
