Hi Douglasd,

Are you getting the error when trying to upload the files to the Document Cloud or when trying to Export the file using Export PDF service?

Please help us with the exact error message that you get during upload and if possible, please share the screenshot.

In mean while, try the following-

2- Check the internet connection, if you have any security software (antivirus) then turn it off and check again.

[Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.]

3- Also, check with a different file and see if that does the same.

What is the size of file you are trying to upload, Is it too large?

If using Adobe Reader DC then you may check the direct link to- https://cloud.acrobat.com/send  and try uploading the document.

Or if you are working on web then, you may check with different browser.
