We have never been able to contact www.aplcomp.com

Apparentlly they have blacklisted our network, and chat support is unable to handle the problem.

We are a registered user of CS6  (did it by mobile modem), and have never learned about

beiing listed from any counterparty.

Noboby at Adobe seems to be able/willing to handle the problem-
