fill and sign not working

I am trying to use this function. But it always shows an error such as "O/imy1ew" that I can not understand what it means.

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the error message that appears.

Also, check if the issue occurs with a particular file.

Please share the workflow you do that results in the error message.

Also, did you check if this happens with all the PDf you try to fill & Sign?

Share the current version of Acrobat Reader DC and OS on the machine.
