Fillable forms

Once I make and distribute my forms I do not have to continue to have acrobat in order to access my forms do I?  Also it states you may have 500 responses for each form.  I am creating a fillable form for a company to use for their variance reports and annual reviews etc.  Is this not the program I should use for this?

    Hey rendsley1234,

    Please specify more and let me know what Adobe program are you talking about. Is it Acrobat.com web-based service or Acrobat itself?

    Have you purchased subscription for any of these product or service?

    If you need to access forms, then you must have Acrobat installed in order to edit or perform any other function.
