Hi everyone,

I am using Adobe Acrobat Online to create online forms (it signature field is realy great among other things). One field that I included on my form is the Files attachment field, to allow respondants to join a document when clicking on this field. Once the form submitted, we receive on our end the form in PDF format with an additionnal page containing the document the person sent.

Is there a way to receive this document as an email attachment instead ? I know I can isolate pages via Acrobat Pro but it would be great if it can be automated ahead of time.

I hope I managed to be clear enough, please feel free to share your ideas regarding this matter,

I thank you in advance !

I wish you a great day,

Mélanie

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know how yo are sending the document for siganture and creating the attachment field.

Does the attached document received as the part of the signed document?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of ho you are receiving the document for a better understanding.

Thanks,
