I do not have a subscription or any card details in my account. Why am I being charged every month for something I did not sign up for or see any receipts in my account? 

 

No LIVE support and no one picking up those CALLS!!!

 

STOP THIS RIGHT AWAY!!!!

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in here in the community.

There is no subscription listed under your account. It is impossible to get the amount deducted for the service that is not listed on the account.

Please ensure that the information about the payment is correct. If the payment is made to Adobe, share the transaction details, or the email received for the amount.  

I would suggest contacting the billing team to get this checked. I am afraid we cannot do much here as we do not have access to the billing information.
