Getting message server can not be contacted, try again later for over 3 months

I am trying to convert a PDF to Excel.

I have logged into my account and have ensured that the plan has been paid for.

Hi akshayk89334254,

Could you please let me know if you are using Acrobat Reader's Export PDF option or this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf 

If using Reader's Export PDF option, logout from the application, close Reader, relaunch Reader, login into your Adobe account and try to export pdf.

If using https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf , try to clear browser's cache, try with another Web Browser like Google Chrome/Internet Explorer/ Mozilla Firefox and see if that works.

Thank you for your suggestions. Unfortunately, neither of the links you sent actually help me because in both cases I get a "Currently Unavailable" message. Here is a screen grab below. I see the same message for both links.
