Help! I paid for subscription, went to convert to word and its not responding!
I verified the subscription,
closed and reloaded pdf, and still its asking for a signup

Are you still unable to log in to your subscription? Please clear the browser cache, and then log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password.
