Help I purchased a subscription I forgot my password I do NOT get any reply back to try to change it?

The ability to try and get support is the most absymal I ever seen

    thanks   i was able to change    the issue now is it says it may take 24 hours to process my order   that sounds wacky   If I made the purchase  why cant i use right away? thoughts
