I have had appalling service from Adobe. I have paid $89.99 annual subscription #AD006201958AU, and had nothing but problems.

As stated before I need this for my work, and I simply cannot function adequately at the moment. I am extremely frustrated, 9 staff have viewed my entry now and I'm not even worthy of a reply. I was referred to the forum list by Adobe after spending 1/2 hour on hold on the phone to Adobe Customer Support Department 1800614863, and being told that they couldn't help me.

I'm tempted to start blogging my complaint, and tell all of my clients never to pay for Adobe because they are only interested in your money, and you'll never get support. This is evident in the forum list- stuff all replies to nearly every post, yet many views.

Thanks Adobe for nothing!!!!!

Hi kyliea1234,

I am so sorry that you haven't been able to get the help that you need. That certainly isn't the experience that we want for our customers. These forums are community driven, so even though your post has been viewed a number of times, those views weren't necessarily by staff members.

But I'm here now, and I would love to help if I can. What issues are you running into with Adobe PDF Pack? (You've mentioned reinstalling, but as PDF Pack is an online service there is nothing to install--though you can access it via Adobe Reader, so maybe that's what you've reinstalled without success.)

So, let's start with having you clear your browser cache, and then log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com. Make sure that you're using supported web browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services).

Please let me know what your specific issues are, and we'll work to get them sorted out. (I'll also drop you private message with my email address so we can take things offline if need be.)

Warm regards,

Sara
