I attempted a conversion of a document that is too large and it's taken hours already.  How can I cancel?

Can't log out because the wheel is spinning and my name is grayed out.  It's really hung.

Oh boy, that is stuck! Have you tried restarting your computer? If that doesn't do the trick, you may need to uninstall/reinstall Reader (though I admit that seems an extreme measure). I'm hopeful that a restart (or even a force quit of Reader) will get it out of its funk.

Best,

Hi bossonbabe,

If you're using the web interface, you should be able to cancel by reloading the web page. If you're using Reader, logging out and closing out of Reader should do the trick.

Best,

Sara

I'm doing the pdf export from reader, not the web page.  I don't see any place to log out.  When I close down and then restart reader, it resumes the export never-ending process.  Where do I log out?

Thanks.  Kay
