How can I get a refund?

I bought because I needed to convert pdf to excel. What I need can not be done. When the file is converted it's all winky wonked.

I just bought yesterday and want a refund.

    I'm sorry that the subscription didn't work out for you. I would be happy to cancel your subscription and process a refund. Since your subscription is still processing, we'll have to wait until it finishes processing to go ahead and process the refund. But, I've started the ball rolling, and you should see that refund in your account within 5 business days (keep in mind that Adobe is closed over the holidays, so this may not be handled until offices reopen on Monday).

    Please feel free to ping us back if you don't see the refund in your account by the end of next week.
