why am I not able to complete forms with the adobe that I purchased

    I upgraded my adobe membership from PDF Pack to Pro.   I am still unable to use the writing feature on the pro to complete forms.  What am I doing wrong.

    Hi 182elmstreet,

    Please let us know what happens when you try to fill in forms. Do you get an error message? Are you not able to find the Text tools (in Acrobat they're on the Content Editing pane of the Tools panel (which appears on the right side of the application window).
