Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.
Could you please let us know how you are converting the document? And how you are trying to download the PDF?
It would be helpful if you can share a screenshot for better understanding.
Let us know if you need any help.

Hi, thank you for your help!
I actually had success finally, found a download icon ( it must have moved to a new placement on the page), but it's all good now.
Thanks for reaching out.

Hi Sheila,
Sorry for the delay in response.
Would you mind telling us from which location you are trying to download the documents?
If you are trying to download the document from a third-party website and do not find any download button, I would suggest contacting the support team for the respective website.
If you are trying to download the PDF from your Acrobat Online account, please refer to the steps suggested below:
1. Sign in to your Adobe Acrobat Online account (https://acrobat.adobe.com/).
2. Go to the Documents tab.
3. Click on the file from the list to open it.
4. click on the 3 dots provided at the top right corner along with other options.
5. Select Download the file from the drop-down.
Hope the information helps.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

What they dont want to tell you is that they have done this for a reason. They want to force you to save files to the Adobe Cloud as this service is ectremely under used by Adobe users due to a lack of trust. By forcing you to save to the Adobe Cloud, they have you become even more dependant on the subscription model - get it?

Hi @iD3Z1GN,
Thanks for writing in!
When exporting a PDF to Word or any other format, Acrobat allows you to select the location you want to save the file to (screenshot shared below for reference):
To download files available on your Acrobat Cloud Storage, click the "Your Files" tab and select all the files with "Only You" written on the right side of the file name.
Once done, you should see the download button on the screen's right panel.
Hope this clarifies your question.

Hi @leticiam8307069,
you can try another alternative, which would be to log in to: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents/ and then click the three dots to the right of the file name and download the file.

Hi Souvik
I am having the same issues. I use the Adobe Scan App on my iPhone to scan documents, then download them to my Mac from my free online Adobe account. I used to be able to mark mutiple documents and download them together. Now I have to download each one individually. I cannot find any way to download multiple files. As soon as I select more than one the three dots disappear. 😞

@regi_sullivan Sorry for the trouble.
When you select multiple files, make sure that the files are not shared with other users.
Remove the selection of any file with the word "Shared" written to the side of the file name or a two-person logo, and the download button should re-appear.
Let me know if this is not the case, and we can troubleshoot further.

That is unecesarily bysantyne and adds labor where you should be helping to save it. There should be a handy button on Acrobat. I know you want to keep everyone in your ecosystem but that is increasingly what is making me re-think using Adobe suite at all. You’re practically hanging by Photoshop and Lighrtoom alone.

Agreed - this is one of the largest product flaws I've witnessed. I will not be able to continue to use Adobe because of the purposeful supression of users' ability to download their own content. This a glaringly obvious and thus purposeful design. this is not a tool - its a maze you have to navitate to gain access to YOUR OWN WORK PRODUCT.

What a crapy experience indeed! Not able to download your own .pdf files, or I do not where they put the option. Thumbs down for Acrobat!

Hi @pieter_5210,
Thanks for writing in!
The option to download files should be available directly within the Acrobat App.
You might want to try the steps below:
1. Open Acrobat;
2. Click on My Files under Acrobat Cloud Storage;
3. Use the top checkbox to select the files that you want to download;
4. Once done, click download to the right of the screen (screenshot attached).
Note: Ensure you have unchecked the files that have "Shared Files" written to the right of the file name.

This solution has now been taken away. It only allows you to digitally share the document now - not to down load it.
Why? I want to store it on MY computer please. How do I do this?
