How do I access my Acrobat subscription?

It took days for my purchase to go through, now when I sign in, I get a 404 error message saying the file has been moved or deleted. So how do I access the Acrobat Pro I paid for?

    I'm sorry you've been unable to access your subscription. Please clear the browser cache, and then log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat to download your software. After you download it, run the installer, and the activate your subscription by signing in with your Adobe ID/email address.

    OK - - I’ve cleared my cache four times and still keep getting the same 404 error - - file deleted or moved. Beginning to get a little PO’d….
