I am really fed up right now with Adobe. I am a paid up customer and cannot find anywhere on the page, when I have properly signed in, where to go to access the service to convert a simple word document to pdf. All i get is ads for products but am unable to get access to the service I have paid for. Adobe is the worst. When I go to the forum to get instructions on how access, I get a 404 error message. What is wrong with you people.

After more than two hours I finally found an obscure reference sending me to a cloud site and was able to see where I can access my convert to pdf service. Suggest you place something on adobe.com home page directing people to the proper site. I don’t use the service all that often but when I do I don’t expect to spend more than two hours trying to figure where you have placed things. Might be obvious to you but not to an infrequent but paid up user.
