How do I cancel my account?

I have been trying to cancel my account and have been stuck in a never-ending circle of automated directions, none of which work.  When I click on "cancel my membership" a pop up comes up telling me to contact customer support and yet there is no way to do that!  Help!  This is really obnoxious.

    I hear what you mean. What a mess. They make it easy to take your money but boy to get it cancelled is another song and dance all together.

      Tuntuu tutulta , kun pitää vain klikata, mennä eteenpäin pakata, laittaa

      allekirjoitus sähköisesti, alussa jos ei tarvitse, jos on vielä kaikki

      sähköistä voi olla että ei itse pysy käyttämään , kun sopivassa summassa

      koneen ja itseni tarpeisiin, On hyvä jos saa pois ne, jotka painaa

      varsinkin omaa mieltä, ja saa mukavan hallinnan ja oman oikean käyttötavan

      näitä kohtaan, kokeile linkkejä ja sieltä saat myös myös suomen kielisen

      palvelun ja neuvon, mistä voi kysyä suoraan kuinka pysäyttää luotu palvelu,

      jos koneesi ei sitä salli. Sain hyvät neuvot, olen muuten onneton tekijä

      koneen kanssa.

      Yes, please cancel my membership to PDF pack. I am like others who have ending up in a circle of the same questions and back to the same place with no help.
