I'm having the same issue - the link Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services - is only an endless loop. In order to cancel you literally cannot. Deplorable business practice. I've reported Adobe to my bank card as fraudulent - they are investigating. I'm thinking I may have to cancel my credit card to actually stop the charges. Unbelievable. Will never do business with Adobe again. Ever.
must be a scam then....phone support is not available for thus product either. I will call the state attorney general's consumer protection office and report this.
The free Reader does not require any membership, and it is true that it does not have free telephone support. Which product/service are you talking about? And you are not addressing Adobe here, just fellow users, so threatening us with calls to whatever authority is a waste of time.
