For the last three days I have been signing in on the Adobe website each day to try and cancel an annual subscription I have to Adobe Export PDF. What am I missing? There is no facility in MANAGE ACCOUNT or EDIT PAYMENT to do this. I have posted a request twice to customer care and received no return communication. Each time I click on anything to do with CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION I am taken in circles on the website. There is also no phone number for the Australian region. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed that something so simple has taken up a considerable amount of my time with no resolution. After this experience I will be reluctant to subscribe to Adobe again. Please, if anyone from ADOBE reads this could you please do me the courtesy of cancelling my subscription? The renewal is not due until early March so I am advising you in plenty of time. Thank you.
