Hi Karthleen51,

If you're referring to the email address associated with your Adobe ID, please see Adobe ID, sign in, and account help.

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

That page doesn't (or no longer) describes how to change the email account associated with our Adobe ID.

There's a link to click for instructions, but that link just takes me back to the top of the current page. 😕

Thanks, Eileen, for letting us know about the problem with that page. I will try to get it fixed.

In the meantime, try this one: Manage your Adobe ID account

Thank you, Bob. I followed those instructions. But when I click save, I get a message:

Your account changes couldn't be saved.

No indication of why the changes couldn't be saved. Really annoying.

Sorry that you're having this experience. It should just work. Let me try to find someone who can help. Watch for a private message from me shortly.

Thank you. Looking forward to that.

FYI, I'm not the only one having this issue. ChummyKaye on this thread is (or was) having the same problem. There are others, too, if you google that message. Would be really nice if there were more info than just that useless error message.
