After supposedly converting PDF file to a Word file how does one "download" the new Word file to user's computer if "download" function yields no actual download?

Hi **RIS,

When you download a file from Acrobat.com, it should go to your Downloads folder. For example, I'm on a Mac, and files download to the Sara/Downloads folder on my Mac. Have you tried used the Search function on your Mac or PC to see if the file did get downloaded, and perhaps just didn't land where you expected it to?

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara
