In order to Edit any pdf file, you should be a subscriber to the Adobe Acrobat DC subscription.

How does it works for that you may refer to the tutorial- Edit text and images in PDFs |

And if you wish to subscribe to the Acrobat DC- Plans and pricing | Adobe Acrobat DC
