How do I end my subscription?

I would like to end my subscription and receive a refund to my credit card.  The program does not give me the flexibility that I was expecting so it is not helpful.

    I am trying with little success to cancel my subscription to AdobeExportPdf. I have 30 days to cancel and it appears that the game is to make that impossible. My next contact will be my credit card company and let them get my refund.
