I can see it for Creative Cloud, but not Document Cloud.

Correct answer Meenakshi Negi

I meant for the free storage, not subcription/paid storage.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Now, you may check the Document Cloud storage information on the Acrobat account online.

Open the Acrobat Online account using the following link: https://acrobat.adobe.com

and go to Documents. There you may check the total and used storage information at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Hope the information helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Tried it on my laptop & there it was. So just not quite so compatible with the mobile version.
Thanks for your help.

I think the link for assets.adobe.com works only for Creative Cloud. Is there a similar thing for Document Cloud?

For me it works correctly ("XXXmb" used is displayed in the left bottom corner)

I have the same unanswered question. This is way harder to find out than I thought it would be.

Hi Sean.krauss,

For Adobe Acrobat DC subscription, the storage you get is 20 GB and to check the same, you may open the application>Home>Document Cloud, you will be able to see all the files in there along with the dates when they have been added and the file size.

Let me know if you still need help with this.

Thanks,

Supriya,

Thank you for your response.  However, I don't think this answers my question.

I want to know how much room I have left.

So, I understand I get 20 GB, and that I can see the size of my files, which are organized into folders.  However, I cannot see the total size of my hundreds of files, or even the sum total of the size of files in folders.

Is your suggestion that I manually add up the file size of every document in my Document Cloud, then subtract the sum from 20 GB?  That seems pretty unreasonable.

Does DC not have a way to check this automatically?

Thanks again for your response.

Hi All,

Sadly, we currently do not display the storage usage information for Document Cloud.

You may request for the same by filling the form in the link below:

Let us know if you need any other help with the application.

Thanks,
