How do I get Adobe fill & sign documents online to show up on the fill & sign app?

I assume you are referring to how you can access the same document on Fill & Sign App on which you have work on Adobe Fill & Sign tool of desktop application?

If this is the case, then you need to save the document (that you want to access from the app) in "Document Cloud" or share through any online storage.
