    Any files, or do you specifically mean PDFs?  PDFs can be optimized and their file size reduced using Acrobat Pro.  The amount of the reduction that can be achieved depends largely on its contents.

    What is the reason you want to reduce the file size?

    Yes a PDF. I have three files that are greater then 1mb and I need to make

    these files 1024kb exactly.

    You cannot specify the resulting file size; Acrobat will reduce them to the smallest possible size.

    I suggest that you use the fully functional 30-days trial of Acrobat Pro to see what it can do.
