Hi ie@oliet.com,

I've checked your account; you have an Adobe PDF Pack subscription, which is billed annually, so you're all set there. As for your online storage, Acrobat.com offers 5 GB of free online storage, with currently no options to purchase more. Acrobat.com lists the size of individual files, but doesn't show a running total of storage used.

I was just trying to show you that I was billed on month to month for the Acrobat Pro and will like to make payment on yearly basis.

Thank you for the clarification.


What's interesting is that I don't see an Acrobat Pro subscription under the Adobe ID/email address that you use here. That said, Acrobat subscriptions are only billed month-to-month.
