As I understand from the description above , you want to download the Adobe Export PDF converter back, Is that correct?

Adobe ExportPDF pack is an online Adobe Document Cloud service, this is not an application and cannot be installed.

You can use the services through your online account, Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.
