How do I send a file containing links so that they can use the links

I purchased two copies of a file that is a list of links.  I wish to send one to a friend but want to be sure the links will work.  Can anyone help with this, does Adobe Send do that?

Adobe Send can certainly do that.

Or you can do it manually:

  1. upload the file to Acrobat.com
  2. check the file on the Acrobat.com site and click Send
  3. use Create Anonymous Link and click the Create Link button
  4. copy the created download link and send it by email
