How do I use Export PDF with my desktop version of Adobe Reader?

New Here ,
Sep 19, 2017 Sep 19, 2017

I have signed up for E-PDF (12 months) but am only offered the cloud version. If I select the 'export to' option which is available on my desktop Adobe Reader it sends me to a purchase E-PDF page. What am I missing?

Hi Jime,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Export PDF services with Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

You can use the services through your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

In Reader, make sure you are signed in with your Adobe ID and password.

You may try to sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader and then use the ExportPDF service.

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.
