I am paying a monthly subscription for Acrobat but it says my service is not activated. How do I activate it?

    Hi marjie01,

    I checked your account, and I see that your ExportPDF subscription is still processing (it can take up to 48 hours). Once your subscription finishes processing, you'll be able to log in and convert PDF files to Word or Excel.
