How do I cancel a subscription on my ipad, which I purchased by mistake?

Hi Nathalieschembri,

If you got your subscription as in an in-app purchase though Adobe Reader (which I assume you did, because Adobe doesn't have record any subscription under your email address), then it's necessary to go through the Apple app store to handle the cancelation/refund.

Adobe Reader is free. You must have subscribed to one of the Adobe PDF services. Which one did you subscribe to so we can send your request to the right forum?
