How to default open PDF in full screen mode

Hello. Every time I open a PDF document it opens in half screen mode. Is there a way to set the default to open in full screen mode? Thanks for any info/suggestions.

Thanks for your reply. Maybe I asked the wrong question. When I open a PDF documernt that I have downloaded to my PC it always opens in half page; in this case is there a default setting to alwayts open in full page? Thanks again.
