I am getting errors and there is no support online on weekends?

I am not able to request documents to sign and the support isn't available on chat during the weekend? I tested on different browsers, the error is different, but it doesn't work

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.

 

As you are receiving the error message when trying to send the document, please ensure that you are not exceeding the file size or page limit for the document. To check the transaction limits, refer to this help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html

Clear cache and cookies for the browser. Try sending documents using the alternate browser or the new incognito window in the Chrome browser.

It started to work after a couple of hours. I used the same document as before and it failed since the first try.
